Since the beginning of the summer, the temperature has repeatedly risen, and the hottest moment of the year has arrived. The scorching heat is a severe test for those working in non air conditioned environments. To express love and respect for the frontline grassroots operation employees of the company and demonstrate a strong family culture, the KAN Paper Industry Perception Learning Culture Group conducted a one week cooling activity from July 12th to 20th. Everyone was divided into nine small teams and prepared cooling gifts at their own expense, delivering coolness and warmth to every grassroots employee of the company.

Carefully prepared, each gift is filled with deep affection

To ensure that the cool gifts given can truly reach the hearts of employees, be welcomed by employees, and reflect everyone's dedication, each team has done a lot of homework in the preparation of gifts. Some have formed WeChat groups in advance to discuss and gather ideas in a broad sense; Some specialized meetings are organized to discuss together; Some conducted investigations in advance and fully solicited opinions from employees.

The gifts from each team ultimately turned out to be a combination punch, generous and sincere, with a variety of refreshing items for employees to choose from. Coca Cola, Sprite, Fanta, milk, iced black tea, mineral water, peanut fairy grass soup, mung bean soup, sour plum soup, ice cream and popsicle, melon honey, watermelon, towels, and more, everything you can eat, drink, and use, like a mobile "cool and optional shopping mall".

Deep experience, paying tribute to every worker who tirelessly strives for KAN's cause

Each team usually starts their operations at the hottest afternoon of 1 or 2 pm, checking in on all grassroots locations in the company, including the external storage area for Unit 8 equipment, the new pulp making workshop, the energy department, the slitting workshop, the machine repair workshop, various paper machine production lines, and the dismantling and assembly site for Unit 8. Everyone delivers care to every corner of the company and selects a location for in-depth job experience.

On the scorching hot summer days, seeing the staff in various positions working under the high temperature, sweating profusely and still persevering earnestly, the heartfelt respect is inspiring. Our happy life is achieved through the joint efforts of everyone. Seeing the arrival of the cooling group, the employees were all pleasantly surprised, with a joyful expression on their faces. They exclaimed why it was so good and even thanked each other. Everyone drank a cold drink together and talked about the problems encountered in work, feeling so close in heart.

The members of the cooling group also had a deep experience at the grassroots level, doing hot and tiring physical work together with the on duty personnel. In no time, everyone was sweating profusely, and everyone had a more intuitive understanding of the hardships of various grassroots jobs.

Entering the grassroots level is also a good opportunity for on-site office work. Team members took this opportunity to communicate with on-site staff in detail, such as some urgent communication and resolution issues in technical renovation projects, to promote the smooth progress of various work in the company.

It was a chemical reaction that elevated the soul, a timely rain that employees hoped for, and a passionate moment to showcase KAN's family culture.
