In order to solidly promote the learning and education activities of party members, enrich the forms of party member learning, the Kane Party Committee has recently seriously deployed a series of "going out" visit and learning activities. Each branch has actively responded, carefully selected learning themes and routes, and received the most intuitive and concrete education in the most vivid and vivid typical scenes during party classes, firmly adhering to ideals and beliefs, and enhancing the mission and responsibility of party members.

The Kane Second Party Branch visited Dongtou, Wenzhou from April 8th to 9th, 2023, to revisit the history of the Party in Haixia's hometown, continue the red bloodline, and carry forward the revolutionary flame.

History is the best textbook to learn from the past, and party history is the best nutrient for governing the country.   The Kane Second Party Branch fully combines the innovative theory and practical work of the Party, and calls on Party members to listen to the Party's words, feel the Party's kindness, and follow the Party. The on-site visit to the Dongtou Haixia Red Base is the first step of the branch's theme education of "learning ideology, strengthening Party spirit, emphasizing practice, and building new achievements".

On a cliff surrounded by mountains on three sides and facing the sea on one side, there is a beautiful island village called Haixia Village in Beiao Street, Dongtou District, Wenzhou City. This is the location of the Dongtou Pioneer Women's Militia Company Memorial Hall.

The memorial hall is divided into six exhibition halls: the preface hall, "The Soul of Haixia", "The Road of Haixia", "The Star of Haixia", "The Light of Haixia", and the tail hall, reproducing the extraordinary growth process of the Dongtou Pioneer Women's Militia Company. There are two treasures of the museum, one of which is a gun gifted by Chairman Mao to the Vanguard Women's Militia Company in Dongtou;   "Every inch of mountains and rivers, every inch of blood, history cannot be forgotten." The revolutionary cultural relics displayed in the exhibition hall are old and mottled, but they are a vivid expression of our party's extraordinary century long struggle history, a direct witness to revolutionary history, and a "reservoir" of red genes.

Wang Yuexia, born into a poor fisherman's family, witnessed the rampant banditry on the island and the constant atrocities committed by Kuomintang spies. Wang Yuexia, along with female soldiers, simulated naval battles, practiced shooting, and worked hard to prepare for battle. Her year-round practice made her a skilled marksman with a hundred hits. It is precisely with this spirit of Haixia that the woman Liancheng becomes a bright red flag at the forefront of the island, leading generation after generation of fishing girls to join the militia company, defend the border and the island, and work hard to start a business.

"The heroic spirit of heaven and earth is still majestic for thousands of years." The spirit of Haixia continues and inherits in Dongtou. Years have changed, led by Wang Yuexia. Nowadays, Haixia is a monument, standing at the cave and shining brightly on the sea. We have gained a lot from this activity.
