Recently, the Party Committee of Kane New Materials solemnly commended the 2024 Advanced Party Branches and Outstanding Party Members to inspire role models and pool development momentum. In recent years, the company has made remarkable progress in new product R&D, new production line construction and management innovation. Party branches and members have been at the forefront of development, working wholeheartedly for the company's growth.

Based on the annual Party branch assessment scores, the 3rd Party Branch was awarded Advanced Party Branch with high marks.

The 2024 Outstanding Party Members are: Zhan Jian (1st Branch), Yu Xueyong (2nd Branch), Huang Xiaoxiang (3rd Branch) and Zuo Leigang (4th Branch).

Ying Jianchang, Party Secretary and Deputy General Manager of the company, presented awards to the advanced branch and outstanding members and took group photos.

01 Outstanding Party Member: Zhan Jian

As a paper machine monitor and 1st Branch member, Zhan Jian adheres to the principles of "loyalty, standardization, improvement, gratitude and cherishment". He takes on heavy responsibilities, pursues continuous progress, and strictly demands himself as an excellent Party member. With scientific management and strong sense of responsibility, his machine achieved top production quality in 2024.

02 Outstanding Party Member: Yu Xueyong

Yu Xueyong is Deputy Director of the Equipment Department and a 2nd Branch member. He has strong organizational skills, solid work style and courage to take responsibility. He emphasizes team building, rational task allocation and strict equipment maintenance, minimizing unplanned shutdowns. He also values employee training to enhance the maintenance team's combat effectiveness and ensure production efficiency.

03 Outstanding Party Member: Huang Xiaoxiang

With nearly 30 years of HR experience and over 20 years of Party work experience, Huang Xiaoxiang (HR Specialist, 3rd Branch) is modest, diligent and responsible. He excels in his duties and has been praised by leaders for his meticulous work. In addition, he voluntarily provides guidance on the company's greening management, contributing to a beautiful working environment and cost savings.

04 Outstanding Party Member: Zuo Leigang

Zuo Leigang is Deputy Director of the Research Institute and a 4th Branch member. As a core R&D personnel, he has participated in multiple new product development projects, contributing to mass production, breaking foreign technological blockade and realizing domestic substitution. He holds 8 invention patents, 2 utility model patents, has published 4 SCI papers, and participated in 2 Zhejiang key R&D projects and 3 Zhejiang manufacturing standard formulations.

It is precisely because of these pioneering models who charge forward on all fronts that Kane's various undertakings can forge ahead and keep moving forward.
