In order to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the CPC, there have been waves of party building activities around the country with the study of party history as the central topic. On April 10, 2021, Kane Group Party Committee and Jiaxing Minfeng Special Paper Party Committee jointly held a themed party building activity in Suichang, titled "Learn Party History, Walk the Red Army Road, Practice Original Aspiration, and Strive for a New Era". Cao Jihua, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman and General Manager of Minfeng Special Paper, personally led the backbone of the company's party members and a team of more than 50 party members led by Hua Yiming, Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of Kane Group, to participate in this event.

The linkage between the two party committees this time is of great significance. As the organizer, the Kane party committee attaches great importance to it, carefully plans and holds multiple preparatory meetings for the event, making every effort to ensure the success of the event.

This event is mainly divided into two chapters: Walking into Enterprises and Revolutionary Holy Land, combining movement and stillness, highlighting characteristics and depth, striving for multi-level and deep integration of learning and exchange, and achieving fruitful results in both party building and enterprise communication.

Entering Kane Corporation, Discussing the Path of Enterprise Party Building and Development

At 8:15 am on April 10th, the party secretary of Minfeng Special Paper, Cao Jihua, and his delegation arrived at Kane Corporation. Accompanied by Kane Corporation's party secretary, Hua Yiming, everyone visited the company's exhibition hall and later took their seats in the multifunctional hall, where a themed party building meeting was held.

At the beginning of the meeting, Secretary Cao gave an enthusiastic speech, saying that revisiting the centenary of the founding of the Communist Party of China and learning the essence of party history is to not forget our original intention, be pragmatic and enterprising. Minfeng was founded in 1923 and is about to enter the centenary of its establishment. Kane Corporation is also a company with more than 80 years of history, both of which are leading enterprises in their respective fields and are at the top of the domestic market, and have a deep friendship. Both sides have continuous exchanges, complementary advantages, win-win cooperation, and fruitful results. The joint construction activity of the two party committees during the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China is of profound significance and has given us the opportunity to learn from our sister units. The core agenda of the meeting is for Kane Group's Party Secretary Hua Yiming to give a special party lecture on Kane's development. He pointed out in his speech that Minfeng Special Paper is a benchmark enterprise in the papermaking industry, the big brother, and also a long-term partner of Kane. Kane has drawn rich nutrients from Minfeng Special Paper, and the friendship has been passed down from generation to generation, which is commendable. In the party class, Secretary Hua gave a detailed account of Kane's historical evolution and development trajectory, and shared in detail his practices and successful experiences in important development periods and major development measures such as corporate shareholding reform, new factory construction, corporate listing, and anti-dumping international business war. In the final part of the party class, Secretary Hua introduced the current development status of the company, covering various aspects such as the company's main business, product characteristics and market distribution, team advantages, talent introduction, scientific research and development, digital construction, salary system construction, and corporate culture construction. A party class lasting over an hour can be described as rich in content, full of emotions, vivid and detailed, full of hard work, and inspiring!

At the meeting, the Minfeng Special Paper Party Committee also presented a South Lake red boat model to the Kane Group Party Committee. This red boat is not only a symbol of revolutionary spirit, but also a ship full of the deep friendship between Minfeng Special Paper and Kane Group.

Returning to the path of the Red Army, learning Party history while walking, and accepting spiritual baptism

Jiaxing South Lake is the cradle of the Chinese revolution and the holy land of revolution. The Red Ancient Town at Wangcunkou in Suichang is a revolutionary base in southwestern Zhejiang. General Su Yu once led the Chinese Workers' and Peasants' Red Army Advance Division to fight here, enduring three years of arduous guerrilla warfare and making indelible contributions to the final victory of the Chinese revolution.

On the afternoon of April 10th, a party member team composed of Minfeng and Kane walked into the Red Ancient Town at Wangcunkou and stepped onto the land where the martyrs had fought, feeling the baptism of revolutionary spirit from a distance. At the Memorial Hall of the Chinese Workers' and Peasants' Red Army's Advance into the Division, everyone listened attentively to the instructor's heartfelt explanation, while visiting and answering the instructor's interactive Q&A. They were afraid of missing any detail or knowledge point. In a solemn and solemn atmosphere, and witnessing the real relics of the revolution, it was as if they could touch that period of history and return to that era of war.

Under the guidance of the guide, everyone walked into the depths of the ancient town, carefully perceiving every inch of unusual land with their footsteps. They advanced towards the former site of the division headquarters, Hongji Bridge, the 1942 Suichang People's Rescue American Pilot Memorial Hall, Tianhou Palace, and so on. Each place was a sacred place infused with revolutionary atmosphere. Every time they arrived, everyone listened carefully to the explanation and thought carefully about learning.

After the visit, everyone formed a team in front of the greenway at the bridgehead of the ancient town and started a 10 kilometer hiking competition. On the ancient path of spring, on one side is the lively river with the rising spring water, and on the other side is the lush mountains with blooming flowers. On the ancient path, everyone's spirit is uplifted, their steps are agile, their laughter is joyful, and their party flags are fluttering, forming a flowing scenic line. As we walk, we experience the Long March with our actions, appreciate the beautiful scenery of the mountain city and ancient town, and exchange and interact, which can be said to be a win-win situation.

The entire hiking activity was completed within 90 minutes, with no one falling behind. The first team of 14 personnel arrived at the destination of Dushan Ancient Town, taking only 60 minutes.

At the parking lot of Dushan Ancient Town, everyone lined up and held a summary meeting. At the meeting, Secretary Cao and Secretary Hua jointly presented awards to the 14 top hiking athletes in the first tier. Secretary Cao made a concluding speech, saying that this trip to Suichang feels great, has great significance, and has gained a lot. Minfeng will bring back the good experience of Suichang to Jiaxing and better create a new future for the enterprise.
