2023 Annual Commendation Conference for Advanced Party Branches & Outstanding Party Members

To strengthen Party building, summarize achievements and promote development, Kane's Party Committee held the March 2024 Thematic Party Day and 2023 Commendation Conference on March 5, 2024. Hua Yiming (Party Secretary), Liu Chengyue (Executive Director, General Manager & Party Committee Member), Zhan Hao (Deputy Party Secretary) and all Party members attended.

Kicking off with the national anthem, Hua Yiming delivered the 2023 Party Committee work report.

He noted that despite severe 2023 economic conditions, Kane achieved countercyclical growth thanks to Party members' efforts. The Party Committee integrated Party building with operations, carried out thematic education, implemented "Three Meetings and One Class" system, and promoted learning of the 20th CPC National Congress spirit via multiple channels, supporting the company's healthy development.

Branch Work Reports

The four branches reported on 2023 work, existing issues and 2024 plans.

The conference then commended advanced entities. Amid market challenges, Party members led employees to overcome difficulties, driving outstanding company performance.

The No. 2 Party Branch was awarded "Advanced Party Branch".

Four Party members received "Outstanding Party Member" awards: Liu Xianghao (No.1 Branch, slitting machine commissioning), Wu Zhijun (No.2 Branch, boiler safety), Zhou Yingliang (No.3 Branch, factory security), and Yan Yongping (No.4 Branch Secretary, versatile in multiple roles).

Liu Chengyue congratulated the awardees, urging them to set examples and lead more employees to contribute to the company. He affirmed the Party Committee's role in supporting production and uniting staff.

The conference concluded with reviewing the Party admission oath, strengthening Party members' ideals and beliefs.
